I have spent 25 years in a cycle of dependency. This image shows the ups and downs and represents the confusion of the twists and turns which have come with addiction. The arrows go in all directions; here and there, it's like spirals. It has an arrow pointing upwards and that’s where I am going. I found my way. One day I just got up and decided ‘enough’. I made the decision to stop drugs and change direction.
